The Saturday night Dinner/Dance includes a full dinner with chicken, fish, prime rib, and vegetarian options, dessert, iced tea, hot beverage station, a cash bar, and dancing the night away!
We will be making nametags for the event. The default will be to use your yearbook picture, if we have one. If you have a better or preferred photo of yourself from your Southwest days, we would love to use that instead.

Dinner/Dance tickets for late-comers are $165 per person, available only if space remains. Please include your name and the names of any guests with your payment.

Our room block has expired, but the hotel has kindly agreed to honor our negotiated rate on a space available basis.
Original group rate: $169/night plus + $15 resort fee + 12.5% tax (subject to availability).

Is registration still open?
Yes, late registration is still open while space remains. Dinner/Dance tickets are now $175 per person and are available only if space remains.
Is the reunion a cruise?
No. The official Southwest Miami High Class of 1976 50th Reunion will be held at The Shores Resort and Spa in Daytona Beach, September 25-27, 2026. The Saturday night Dinner/Dance will be at the hotel.
Why Daytona Beach?
The main reason is cost. Miami has gotten very expensive. By choosing Daytona, we are able to keep costs as low as our 40th reunion. The hotel is right on the beach, and got rave reviews from the Class of '75 who had their 50th reunion there last year.
Additionally, many of our classmates have moved to Central/Northern Florida, or out of state, so this provides a more central location.
